Got the call yesterday but since I didn't recognize, I didn't answer it. Thanks to all of you for letting it be known where it came from.

I don't want phone call anymore coming from this number

Got a call from this number around 11 am. Pretty sure it's a scam to get people's credit card info. I called it back and it said the number was linked to the correctional facility the inmate called me from but when I googled the number, the correctional facility's info didn't show up.

Shows up on a call app I have as Someone named Bryan Matthews, but a call back says it it's a correctional facility and I need to set up an account to continue getting these calls. Blocked number.

I got this same call. It said it was a collect call from an inmate named Bradley. I didn't accept. We're just a small hair salon and don't know anyone in jail!

Just as everyone else has stated, I received a call from this number with an automated message saying that I was receiving a collect call from the Pasquotank County Regional Correctional Facility, inmate's name was Mason I think. As soon as it said please hold, it disconnected. How can it be in Pasquotank County (252) if the area code is for Raleigh (919)? Definitely a scam.

This number is used by NC correctional facilities. It doesn't matter where the inmate calling is located, this is the number that shows on caller ID. It's not a scam but if you don't know anyone incarcerated in NC, obviously don't answer and block it so they won't continue to call.

This was a new one on me. Didn't answer but got a voicemail from ____ (couldn't make out the name) at Greene County Correctional Institution. No clue whether it's technically a "scam" or not, but I definitely don't know anyone there.
