There is an easy way to block numbers on a cell phone. Whether you have Android or OS go to the app store for which ever version you have. Then search for call blocker or any number blocking apps and you will be able to block any valid number.

Called me but left no message. It said it came from Wisconsin on my cell phone.

Add to your contact list then silence the ringer for this number. Won't stop the calls but you will no longer be bothered by call. Delete missed calls at your convenience.

Called. I did not accept the call. No message. I have a new phone but not a new number. Based on what's posted here it seems like someone handling phone number provisioning on new phones at a carrier is selling the numbers to scammers.

No I'm sure they are bought numbers.....ive had my phone and number for a few years nowJust a bunch of crooks looking to scam someone

I received a call on my cell phone telling me that I qualified for a great reduction on my credit card interest rates. I talked to the lady (for 36 minutes) before she got to the $995.00 fee to do the work. I told her "No". I hung up and was quickly called back from "private" man who said that he was the "senior" account representative. I said "I am not going to do this . That I can contact my credit card companies myself to ask for a lower interest rate". I hung up again and was quickly called for the third time, again from "private". This time it was a lady who said that she was a senior account representative. I told her I was not interested and hung up and blocked the first number that called. I was unable to block "private".They are pushy and only interested in getting access to your accounts and getting your money!

Called. I declined. Called again. Declined again. Called a third time. Get a clue

They use a random dialer program that generates random phone numbers. They then use Google Phone to make the calls. They get to pick their phone number no matter where they are. Google is looking into fixing this annoying issue since it can be used on social engineering, hence getting personal information and scams. They cannot be tracked because the IP address is bounced off the central office switch the number is associated with. Answer your phone with a reply stating only your first name and make it sound professional. They usually won't bother you and hang up on you. They just did that to me and this is not the first time that they tried to contact me.

I just received a call from the 920-329-5465 thank you for all posting this as well! I called it back and it gives me an error tone and says it's not a working number. SCAM - be careful!
