This number has called me several times to try to sell me credit consolidation services. They hang up if you connect to them and ask to be removed from their calling list.
I just received a call from this company on my cell phone - again. I get calls on my home, business, and cell phone repeatedly. There used to be a press 2 option to be removed from their calling list - obviously that didn't work. I opted to press 1 and request to be removed. A man answered and he wasn't quite sure what his own name was. When I asked to be removed he said he'd do the "best" he could. When I asked what that meant and if there was another number I should call to be removed, he hung up on me.I have filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call as all of my numbers have been registered since the beginning of their program.
I got the call from this number 20 minutes ago. I didn't answer and no voice mail as expected. I've been getting lots of phone calls from random area code phone numbers which I don't answer either. My contact number must have been released recently as all of this started February 1, 2012. It is very frustrating because I feel like changing my #.
Got a recorded call about lowering my interest rate on a card that was already very low. Never id'd themselves or the card, said they were my "credit card company" and my offer was about to expire.

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
