I too get these call and when I reply and ask how do they know I even have a credit card, they slam the phone down. I will put a block on my phone and going to report them to my local BBB.

Called, no message.

This number calls repeatedly concerning lowering my credit card interest. They are also calling my elderly mother in another city. I called the number back to ask them not to call. I said please do not call and the person on the other end immediately slammed down the phone as hard as possible while screaming. This happened around noon central standard time on 2-7-2012. I think we should all file a class action lawsuit so they will be forced out of business. Very shady company with disgusting business practices.

I recently found out that the Do Not Call List was hacked. So by giving out our numbers, for privacy, we've given these pests our numbers. Frustrating, isn't it!?

Every time this number calls my CELL PHONE, I push 1, then wait and ask to have my number removed from their list. Each time someone hangs up on me. How do I get this thing to STOP calling my cell phone. And I want to know how in the heaven they even GOT my cell number????This number is listed as "Services" and the phone bank is full so you cannot leave a message to have it stop calling to have my interest rates lowered! I don't want their services. If I want to refinance my credit cards, my mortgage or my car loans, I will through my Credit Union, Bank or other financial service that is legitimate. MAKE IT STOP!

Got a call on my cell phone (no one has that number!) about reducing my interest rate. Thought this time I would stay on the line and ask ((I am on a DNC list) to have my # taken off their list. Male asked if I was responding to their call (duh!) and i said I didn't know what I was responding to, I just wanted off their list. He got belligerent and said I should have listened to the message and then I would know why they were calling. When I continued the conversation he said if I would just shut-up once I would have heard the message. The conversation went downhill from there. Tried to ask him to remove my number but he was shouting over me - horrible things, DIRTY NAMES. I hung up in the middle of his screaming! Who can we report this to? DON'T ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER EVER!
