I continually get calls from this number on my cell phone and my home phone, both of which are on do not call lists. They always want to lower my credit card rate and are very insitent that you hit a one or two to let them know your preference. They always leave a message on my home phone but not on my cell. They call at all hours of the day.
Get a recorded message saying this is your last chance - something about lowering the interest rate on your credit card. I pressed one to speak to someone, held for a while, then sat while it rang for a while, and when a human finally answered, I nicely said, "Please remove this number from your call list" and was promptly and rudely hung up on!
I have perfect credit. I do not need calls looking for people that have never have lived here. We have had this phone number for forty years and do not want to change it because of these calls.
Calls me on my cell every day an uncontrolled [***] protected by the government since they dont do anything about it
These people claim to work with "all of the credit card companies" to lower your credit card interest rates. It's all b.s. and more likely than not a scam. Add them to your phone's address book under SCAM (or block the number if your phone has that capability). Report each and every scam/spam call that you receive to www.donotcall.gov.

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
