00923 427160163 keeps calling me, but rings off before I can answer. How does the scam work?

calling to my sister mobile using viber , saying you won QAR 200,000.00 you can claim thru western union. He is saying he is from OOREDOO COMPANY

Call twice..but I did not answer.

i received sms this 14th of feb. saying "wish u happy valentine day" i dunno who it is.

Its simple my friend.....Do not listen to them, they are lying to you, no matter what you are told, no matter how convincing they are to you. Do not be lured into their web of deceipt and lies.Take care my friend..

i got 3 calls today from this number : +923455973578 one after the other .. three missed calls in less than 2 minutes .. he hang out before i answer.. just one ring and the caller is off ... i didnt call back.. any ideas guys?
