I actually worked at etech. It's an outsourcing company, so if they are telling you that they work for ATT that means they are supposed to be representing them.. they go through THE SAME TRAINING as an ATT representative. An ATT trainer trains them. You all need to stop being so grumpy and just caring about yourselves. It's a great job for a kid who is jus trying to get through school. That's what I did. They have tuition reimbursement, so I stayed there and delt with idiots like you people so I could get my school paid for.Would one of you have paid for my classes and books so that I wouldn't be disturbing you on Saturday mornings? I don't think so.. so live and let live.

My cell number is on the do not call list... they're calling me a bunch of times a day but I never answer ! Guess I'll re-post my number on the so called do not call list !

This phone number calls once a day every day (1 936 559-2200) and when the answering machine comes on they hang up........I am tired of there f------ calls. jj

same old, same old...They call all the time, morning, dinner, evening, it never stops.Saturday my wife picks up to tell them to not call us. Some Indian guy was really pushy and said that he can save us money on our Internet services.Over and over and over again my wife said "Change NOTHING and don't call us again."Finally she hung up.Then Bell South e-mailed us about changes to our account-- our bill went up $15 a month because of these jerks. An hour on the phone with Bell South fixed it, but a lesson was learned:Don't answer, even to tell them to leave you alone, or they will screw you up anyway, just because they can.

They call every day a couple of times. I have caller i.d. and am on the no telemarketers call list. I just leave my fax on all the time, but they still do not get message. What can you do??? SUCKS!
