Etech Inc., i guess u got my last message...keep callin' and i'll keep NOT ANSWERING! isn't caller ID great!

if any of you people had the time to look etech up you wouldnt sound so dumb saying all this stuff. I work for E-TECH and we are in contract with AT&T THEY give us your numbers!! And yes when you make a change on your bill or you cancel your contract we are asked to call and try to get you back with them and also we offer some cash. No its not a fraud!! We have a location in India and again we are asked by your company to call you! In order for us to take you off our list you must reply with a straight forward answer with YES I AM INTRESTED OR NO THANKS OR SOMETHING RELATED TO THAT. Im sorry we bother you but it is our job and we have no other option but to call so dont take it out on us take it out on AT&T. Pasadena employee

Look I worked for Etech, Inc. in Texas. I was an agent, AUTHORIZED BY AT&T!!!. AT&T provides us with your phone number and account information. WE DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION PERSONALLY! AT&T asks us to call you to let you know that you can get discounts on your phone services, and cash back! IT IS ALL LEGIT!!! If you want to stop receving these type of calls, CALL AT&T and asked to be placed on THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST!!! It takes 48 hours. But if you answer the phone from another AT&T AUTHORIZED caller, you will be placed back on the call list. Hanging up the phone does not work. Not answering your phone does not work. Saying you do not speak English, you are not there, or the account holder wont be back for an extended period of time, does not work. Cussing and screaming at the callers, ALSO DOES NOT WORK!!! We will continue to call until AT&T tells us otherwise. Etech, Inc. is not to blame for your numerous calls! But I do sincerely apologize for your inconveniences!Previous Nacogdoches Employee

Received another call from this company today. I don't remember the individual's name, but he stated he was with ATT and wanted to get an update on our information. I informed him several times that ATT had that information and I was not going to give it to him. He finally hung up in frustration. Wasn't sure whether this was a scaming call or not. Not heard of ETECH.

They call our business several times daily. No response when answered. Assumed it is a auto-dailer. If we actually ever talk to someone, we will get a name and call the company they represent and tell them the reason we would not use them is because of the repeated calls.

emailed to see if calls stop. he is in compliance according to the website. we'll see what happens...

Receiving repeated calls from these etech pukes, even though I am on the governments do not call list. Looking into how I can get compensated for their persistent harassing phone calls.
