I am positive this is CareCredit.They call when you miss a payment. They seriously called me at 10am on a Sunday morning while I was in church! Then, when I got frustrated about it, the Indian man on the other side of the phone got extremely condescending and refused to put a note on my account not to call me on Sunday until I promised to go online and make a payment. Like I was some sort of 5 year old! NOW, they're calling me because my autopay suddenly decided to stop. I know for certain I did not. This is such a shady company, and I will never EVER do business with them again.

I would strongly suggest for you to enjoy & respect the Sabbath please turn your phone off, or leave it at home.

Good lord, is there no mercy? These people must have some encouragement because somewhere these robo-calls are originating and continuing because people do answer them. {Unlike us} We sympathize with the non-English-speaking people who are employed at a pittance wage to originate these nuisance calls but, hey, everyone's hurting, huh? and we can't be responsible for how these third-world people are exploited by Americanos.Wish there were a way to put our number on a do-not-call list, as these obnoxious people are obviously in noncompliance with FCC regulations and can obviously place about 20 robo-calls a minute. That's a lot of phone directories and harassment ...It must stop!

Called 3 times today, no message. The last call, my phone was sitting right in front of me, it didn't even ring one full ring before they hung up. I hope some idiot's not getting credit for attempting to make the call to meet a quota. And I hope it's not coming from India, since I'm sure GE's getting huge tax credits just like all the other big guys.

About 3 weeks ago we started getting calls from this number saying it was Synchrony Bank. We decided to call back as we are wary of identity fraud and the possibility of someone trying to open a new account, and we had never heard of this one. When we called the 1-866 number they left it was a recording for GE Bank, which had bought the financing on our lawnmower purchase. It even tells us that there is no balance and the last payment was in 2009. I tried calling but they told me they couldn't do anything since the account was in my husband's name. They could not tell me why we were receiving calls. My husband has talked to them twice and asked for the calls to stop. They've called us 6 times in the last 2 days.Some posters are mentioning a class action lawsuit. Is it based on their banking practices or the harrassing phone calls?

These morons are calling me a minimum of 5 to 8 times a day starting at 8 AM. I don't owe anybody anything, and yet they continue to call. My biggest problem is that although I have them on call block on my phone, it still rings once. Wakes me up every single morning.

they call my house at least 4 times a day. they keep changing the phone number. I do not owe them any money a long time ago I had an account with them but it was paid in a timely manner. I told them twice stop calling me and take me off their list they need to correct their data. But they continue to harass me. I cannot answer the phone anymore unless I know who it is I am beside myself. I am a senior citizen and they are scaring me/

I am having the same exact problem, I was one day late, plus they keep changing the damn finance charges....at the rate they gave me, I will never have this paid off.
