Yeah i got a call from them and told them i was a law office and asked if there was any way i could help the indian guy on the other end of the line. He politely apologized for calling. I'll comtinue to do that till they stop calling

These guys call several times a day. It's an automated message regarding loans. There is no customer rep which I can get through either. These guys are so annoying and relentless.

I want them to stop calling me! They call non stop, all hours.

They keep calling my cell phone number -- no message. I think that it may be a debt collector looking for someone who gave them my number and then skipped.

Mostly call account holders - just reminders that you are late. If you tell them it's on the way they quit messing with you.

I'm glad you reported who this is.I was getting phone calls and never answer unless I know who is calling. Unfortunately, I am delinquent with them, so they have a valid reason to call me. I've never had a problem with them other than the excessive phone calls in a single day, let alone daily. Fair Lending Act has updated. I just received training on the laws at my work environment. It is best to write your requests regarding when and how they contact you. They must abide: request they call certain hours; request they do not call at work; request the specific number(s) you want them to call you at, even the number of times they call in a day. They cannot call on holidays, evenings (I forget exact hours) or weekend (not sure if this is based on request or by law). Any violation of your request of the law, they must cancel your debt (don't know how difficult it is to make that happen, but I am sure the Fair Lending Act provides the mechanisms for you to do that.) Of course, they cannot 'hide' their number or be anonymous (must have caller-ID); that is another reason to take them to court. Good luck all!

Nowit mmakes sense! I have care credit and im past due which i am going to pay on Friday. I will call their customer service number as i know i owe, but they don't leave a message.
