Yep it is GE Capital and I won't bore you with my horrid experiences with them, but I will say that it seems they are taking over, a LOT of things, credit cards, stores etc etc and as soon as I find out they are they have taken over some thing I use for credit and credit purchases, I stop using it. THEY are a nightmare and I refuse to be bullied by this company.If they were to take over EVERY credit card and account I have I would dump them all and be better for it. I lived for years and years by paying for things with a check in the mail or after saving for it... before and I can do it again.Stay as far away from these people as possible and you will be a happier camper!

I had the loan through Rooms to go Furniture and then it changed to Citifinancial. This loan was an automatic withdrawal from my bank for a year when my mother called to say why haven't you been paying your bills. I asked what she was talking about and she said your furniture. Citi no longer is with Rooms to go Furniture and I had all my bills to show that they were auto withdrawals but behind my back my account was being charged late fees by GE money for which i had no idea that the account was sold too. Received a collections notice but NO BILL. These people called at 1:23 AM screaming on my voice mail about how I am a dead beat and I need to pay my bills. I have proof my bill was paid and that they were underhanded in the switch of accounts. When I tried to call them to pay they wanted my account number I told them I have never received a bill from them to know what the account number was. They proceeded to tell me I was a lying. These PEOPLE ARE CRAZY.

They are harassing and annoying me--I dont know who they are and you cant get an actual person to speak with.

GE Money starts calling @ 8:02 AM and calls continuously until 8:58 PM every day. Rarely leaves a message.

This phone number calls me incessantly, but it is always a recording for some bank I have never heard of. How do I get them to stop calling me.

AMEN, AMEN, AMEN!!!! The point here is not whether or not someone owes money to a credit card or other business...it is the illegal harassment from collection agencies. I work at home and if I did not have DSL....I would be disconnected every time one of these idiots called me multiple times a day. I should go back to dial up, if my job didn't require DSL, so that I could get disconnected and then sue their [***] off because by then, I would probably lose my job because I could never finish anything due to being knocked off line.

Panasonic phone Model KX-TG6431, allows you to store up to thirty phone numbers in a call block list. The downside is that it takes one ring for the phone to recognize them and block them.

I keep getting this unwanted call. They do not leave a message. I would like them to stop calling me..

I have had this account with GE Money since 2009 and doesnt feel like im getting anywhere close to paying them off, have been paying them on time the last few years. but currently i fell into a $ situation and called them to ask if i could have my monthly amount lowered so i can still make the payments on time and work out a payment plan. They told me that i have to be behind in order to get any help, doesnt that hurt me, why whould i want to be late and get charged fees and interest when i expressed this to the operator she transferred my call, when i repeated the same thing to the guy he hung up on me. Will never do business with this RIP OFF company again

Same thing going on with me - but only automated asking for Esmeralda something...certainly not my name or any one I know. I do not use synergy bank or care credit - no opportunity in their calls to tell them they have the wrong person as all are automated. I haven't been answering the half dozen calls a "night" for the most part - and tonight just now, finally a message with the call back number 877-379-4933..and a Maria answered and I told her in no uncertain terms to not call this wrong number again. Apparently Synergy Bank Financial and GE Capital are connected somehow. I only hope I do not receive any more of these calls!!! I will certainly take it as far as I can if I do, my house is dealing with leukemia right now and I don't need this crap any hour of the day or night.
