Every night we get calls from this company. It's harassment.

They've called twice a day for a couple of weeks. Tonight I answered...Her: Hello sir, my name ____ with Scarborough (Nielsen) Research....Me (low deep voice): What are you wearing?Her: Excuse me?Me: What are you wearing?Her: I'm sorry sir, I'm not allowed to answer that.Me: Something low cut?Her: I'm sorry?Me: Something low cut?Her: I'm sorry sir, I'm not allowed to answer that.Me: Are you wearing a thong?Her: What?Me (soft and slow): Are you wearing a thong?Her (agitated) Sir I'm going to have to hang up now!Me: No... No.... Wait! Wait!If she had't hung up, I was planning to ask her to guess what I was holding in my hand, that would have ended it.(the real answer: a spoonful of chocolate frozen yogurt...)Nielsen says their callers don't have info on the numbers they call. So how do they call the same number twice a day for two weeks? Will the fact that the call was finally answered end their calls to my number, probably.Why are polling or "research" companies allowed to call random numbers repeatedly? Politics, and the the money or services they provide to politicians.

They are legitimate. For your time & effort filling out the survey online they send $10.00. It's quite a lengthy survey but what the heck. I'm 10 bucks ahead. Actually $11.00. Their mailed request in my name included a one dollar bill in the envelope.

I've been getting calls from this number on a daily basis since we hooked up our home phone. I answered the first two times and they wanted me to take a survey which I refused. They keep calling every day including weekends! I just don't pick up when I see the caller ID now, but that hasn't stopped them.

Get calls all the time from these folks. I have decided that I don't speak English when they call now. Tonight I was Spanish. Next time they call, may be French, Russian or German. Screw with them if you can't beat them.

Did a little research...the woman in charge of this is named Elizabeth Krasny. Company number is 800-753-6043. I am setting up selective call forwarding on my phone so when they call me it will re-direct to their company number.
