i'm not sure who she is with. she also gave me an 800 number to call to remove my name and number from their list, but I don't believe in calling a third party. the person calling should be able to do that. I recommend reporting it to both the federal do not call complaint website (www.donotcall.gov) and your state's do not call complaint website (Colorado is coloradonocall.com) if they get enough complaints, something will happen.

Called me last night and refused to take me off the calling list unless I called a 1-800 number. I'm not about to waste my time calling a number just because they asked me too. That's giving them the right to control me. Not about to give them that right.

Called my home at 9:50 PM. Caller refused to remove me from their call list and claimed that they are not subject to the laws on telemarketing because they're conducting research, Reported to FTC.

By the way, as a survey company they do not have to abide by the do not call list, but they do have to abide by calling hour restrictions and they are required to remove called parties from their list upon request.

9:43 pm 2/6/13 .. call came in from 941 379-1954 ...when I answered this lady ( I use the term loosley) started by saying it was a survey. i asked why call so late. she said she could call till 10p;m. not here i say.. and repeatedly said 'do not call me' put my name on your no call list...she talked over me many times while I was asking her to do not call... finally I hung up as she would not acknowledge my do not call request ...entirely too late to be calling for anything other than personal or emergency . I think my blood pressure shot up cause she was so RUDE .

Sounds like this is all unwanted by others than myself.. guess it's time to answer the phone, say nothing and just sit it down and walk away.. Let them pay for a call.. 941-379-1954 comes across as just Florida.

941-979-1954 is a scam. they continue to call regardless of saying were on the do not call list. do not call is a government website. they should know not to call back. this number is a scam.

Put them to death. It is the easiest and cheapest.
