If you have to answer (and if you have caller ID - don't) the best thing to do is to not say anything and just hang up. A news blurb said if you call any body back and asked to be removed the likely hood is that maybe they won't but because 'they've' got a live number, they will sell it to gosh knows how many other twits. And I do believe that surveys, if this is one are not banned by the do not call list.

Have been calling my house all day long even though I am on the DNC list. Just called me at 9:45 PM tonight. WTF. Ready to go class action if they keep this up. Scammers.

Continual calls but no left messages. When I finally picked up the man would not take my name off the list and told me he was going to call back to give me details!

They called twice before then last night at (9:54pm, I think the law is nothing after 8, anyway, last night I said hell-o 3 times they hung up saying nothing, then today at 5:21pm they called and left no message. (I keep track of all calls , when called, who if possible, time and date.; it also displayed unknown name on my caller ID. Now when thay happens it sends up a red flag . SCAM. It's beast not to answer if someone does come on jusy say "not interested" and hang up.

Calls several times a day, over and over again, which I do NOT pick up.

All this technology, iphone8's, IBM Watson, etc. and we can't even stop these phone calls. Really sad.

They called 3 times, after I filed a complaint to the DO not call, 6 times they called before that. It takes about 31 days for the Do Not Call.gov to go through all their investigation. I'll file another compalint in 2 weeks if this does not stop. And if you do file a complaint make sure you keep a record of the date and time they called, with-out it theres not much they can do. Unknown name on caller ID this is why I know it a scam.
