Caller ID showed: Savides Mikel (949)324-1709: Male calls and says, "Is this ______ _____? We're calling to tell you that your roads will be closed down tomorrow, due to street work...I know that you hung up on me yesterday because you thought I was a scammer..but we're just calling to inform you your street will be closed down"...I started to explain that I get a lot of calls from scammers...but he didn't let me finish, right away interrupted me with, "You're not god, don't judge me!" ...WHAT??? I thought you just said you were calling to tell me road work was scheduled? I was believing him too...till he said, "Don't judge me"...Then I had some choice words for this piece of SH#T and hung. He proceeded to call me several times, calling me ######### and ######### ... I hung up, called my City and checked with them...NOT ROAD WORK SCHEDULED! No one ever calls to notify you of road work! Dah! But I was half asleep! THIS GUY IS A CRIMINAL!!! HE SAID HE KNEW WHERE I LOVE AND PROCEEDED TO DON'T ANSWER THESE CALLS...BLOCK HIM...REPORT TO POLICE...AND FILE COMPLAINT ON "DONOTCALL.GOV" .....SHARE THIS WITH FRIENDS & FAMILY! THESE SCAMMERS ARE DISGUSTING LOW LIFES!!!
Answered. They asked for my dad. Said I could take a message. They assumed I was my mom. When I said I wasn't her either and could take a message he told me he doesn't "deal with the help" and I hung up.
Screen displayed CELL PHONE CA and this number, always a bad sign. I didn't answer and no message was left. Now blocked.
Came up as San Juan Capistrano. I answered and said 'hello'. Nobody responded. I hung up. Polly another solar panel scam.
Just called but left no message. Called me from another line (a different phone#) 5 minutes earlier, also left no message. Scammer!

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
