I've now received four identical post cards with "Notice of parcel on hold" "FINAL NOTICE" and "For delivery options please call" this number. The sender is not identified anywhere on the postcard. I see below that it belongs to Telcentris Communications. I assume it is a sort of reverse boiler room operation where instead of calling you with their scam, they get you to call them. Or maybe it's just a ploy to collect live phone numbers to use or sell for other telemarketing scams.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
