I got the call today 6/6/12 left message to call within 24hrs, did not say why or anything. Very maddening.

I received a phone call from this number on the 17th of this month and was told by 2 different people that I had an unresolved matter with them and when asked who they were they never identified themselves. I asked for something in writing to such debt and they said it was passed that point and would not send anything but insisted that I pay them money to stop them from filing a civil suit against me. They knew information as to my address and the back where my auto is financed and the amount of my payment. This really scared me knowing they have such information. They wanted me to set up a auto payment with my bank so I could send them the money right away. Told them I was not doing such a thing and they insisted that I give them my checking information so they could post date checks weekly to make payments to them. I was at work at the time this call came in and had to take another call and I guess they got tired of holding and hung up. Then today the 19th they have called once more. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. Is this a scam or what?

I have been receiving calls from 951-719-8560 for the last couple of months. As everyone else is saying, they keep calling me for another person that does not live here anymore. I explained this to them and they just keep getting nasty with me and telling me that I should tell them to be responsible. I asked them to take me off their calling list and they said I was getting snippy with them, but when they call you everyday it becomes harassing. Here is their name and address. If all these people are deadbeats, I guess you are too since they had to call you. Much like most of these individuals I have received these calls as well, but they ask for someone I don't know nor have ever known. That's the most annoying part, getting calls for someone that is not you and no matter what, they still call. You sound like the stupid one, allowing a credit card to be accessed by your ex, after a divorce. How stupid can you get? Because even if I was ever dumb enough to have that happen to me, I would never settle a debt that wasn't mine. If it truly was what you say, why the hell didn't you take him to court? It's fairly easy to prove you weren't the one with the debt. A lot of these responders sound like plenty responsible people, like myself. And just because people end up with bills they can't pay that ultimately get them sent to debt collectors, doesn't make them a deadbeat, it makes them part of 99% of America...I mean who HASN'T suffered with the way the economy has been! Besides, I think anyone who is likely the true deadbeat (someone trying to run from debt) are not likely posting to this website nor can they probably even pay for an actual phone to be harassed. And what freaking world are you living in that "if you are just nice and ask people to stop calling, they do."??? Telemarketers and debt collectors do not care how nice you are, they won't stop just because you want them too. You are such a MORON!

At least most here are getting an answering machine message left. WHen you answer be prepared for the rudest, most unprofessional call of your life. I just got a call from them. They asked me who was supporting me and paying my bills, told me to go borrow the money and pay them. I told them it was none of their business who i was living with and who was paying my bills. They said it was every bit their business. I finally told them to mark it off as a loss because they wasnt getting paid a dime. With such rude collectors, using intimidation and threats as their only tactic, owing them money seems to be a pleasure, if even I do owe them. Im only hoping they call back. I ever hang up if someone as such calls me. In the end, they always hang up on me. Their job must really suck. I think "Chris" was the name he gave me.

They called again and we told them the family member passed away serving in the middle east 4 years ago. They are from California. They are terrible people, please leave us alone.Tampa, Fl

I have 3 messages on my voice mail that they are calling me, but looking for my ex husband's wife's daughter, whom I have never met! How they got my name and associated it with them, I do not know. I have 3 messages stating this is urgent and I need to call them. Fortunately I was on vacation and when I returned I played these messages. I was not here to answer the call. Since it sounded weird, I looked it up on line and got this page of similar reports by others. I am just ignoring their calls and have reported it to the Attorney General.

These people just started harassing me a week ago today (starting on 9-2-13 today 9-9-13 5:28 AM). Their phone number comes up as "unavailable" (which i never pick up). They never once left a voicemail until 9-7-13 and when she (Jenna) did, she only spoke of HER name, not the company's and told me that she has left several messages and I am failing to communicate. The next day, the unavailable number calls and i "reject" it and within a min, they called right back. I checked the voicemailS and it was a man named Johnathon telling me how I lack in communication and how they have left SEVERAL messages and I need to call back in 24 hours. He wished me luck as he hung up (whatever that is supposed to mean).I decided to call back because they left me with no idea or what this pertained to or who they were working for and may I add this is in regards to my husband... When I called, I was transfered to a guy named Andrew. He was trying to get info from me about my husband and I told him I was not going to tell me anything until he told me what this had to do with. He told me no and that I need to tell him how to get ahold of my husband or MAKE SURE to relay the message and that if I know what's best for my husband I will relay it or him and I will severly suffer the consequences and then hung up on me!!!I called back very frusterated and I then got transfered to the "General Manager" (Roy Fisher). He asked me what was going on and I begin to tell him and within my 1st sentence, he interrupts me and tells me that I am a very difficult person and being unreasonable. I proceded telling him about his employee who was threatening me and he chuckled I told him he was just as bad. He just fueled my fire and had NO customer service skills at all!! He told me about who the debt was with and for how much and claimed how they sent us info on it (which they NEVER did). He then went into detail about a car loan which my husband has and for how much a month. I told him that is non of his business and he raised his voice and me saying, "IT IS EVERYTHING MY BUSINESS. I AM A CREDITOR AND THIS IS MY JOB TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR MONEY! HOW DO YOU THINK IT"S EVEN OK TO GET FINANCED FOR A VEHICLE WHEN YOU OWE THIS DEBT?"I then hung up the phone because I knew this was going no where.About an hour later I get ANOTHER phone call (3rd in 2 hours) and this guy starts into me as well and I told him to stop calling me and he kept awsking me how to get ahold of my husband and would not stop! I just yelled over and over to stop calling me and I then hung up. I am now irate at this point because I work night shift and hadn't been to sleep over all this and it is past noon. I called back and asked the person who answered the phone for their mailing address. The refused to give it to me and instead asked why i wanted it and what for and it better be for a payment. I told him to transfer me to Roy Fisher (the manager) and Roy started avoiding my question trying to get my e-mail adress. He told me he knows what i want it for and started arguing with me about them breaking the law. He said he was offended i hung up on him and I told him that his employee did the same thing and he asked, "So is this now a Neener neener thing?"When he wanted specific examples of how they were harrassing me I could not think fast enough, due to the HUGE lack of sleep and he said "Let me guess you can't think again?"GRRR!!! These people are horrible!
