This number has called me eight times today yet will not say anything on any of the calls!!! I am ready to scream!!!

hi everybody, this person called three times today. first of all they are claiming to be microsoft and they asked me if i use my computer for business or personal use. i asked what this is in regards to/ are they trying to sell me something? the guy had an indian/arabic/pakistani accent. SECOND OF ALL: they called out of area! i know this, because the code came up: 011, code, which comes up if you want to call out of the US. please try to help me out as to figuring out which country they're actually calling from. 953-267-6390 ... called SEVERAL times in one day. We did not answer the phone because, we were NOT home. They have called in the past and again, we did not answer. Area codes number which we are not familiar with, I will always check it out on the internet!!!

I keep getting calls from this number claiming to be Microsoft, and they tell me there is a problem with my computer. I just tell them I don't have a computer and they just hang up. I'm sick of this.

I found out a few years ago to tell these people to take my phone number off there list. have have to but if they don't I report the number to donotcall.org. check the site out and it will explain more. this should help.

I could not find a 953 area code so I blocked the whole area code

1-953-267-6390 has been calling every day 4-6 times for a month or more. I answer no numbers I do not recognize. The past few days, the intensity grew to one or more calls per hour. I finally answered at 1:30 PM CDT. It was a person with a heavy far east or near east accent who said he was calling from Microsoft security who wanted to help me fix a problem of malicious software that had been secretly downloaded on my computer. I said that I would have my computer security company look into the matter. He then asked if this was a company and I said YES and he hung up.

Very Indian sounding guy called about my Windows problem. I knew it was a scam so I said I only had a Mac. He said he could fix that too. I asked him he wanted me to turn on my computer, give him the password and my credit card number. He said that would be VEEEERRRY good. When I said, 'not a chance in a million years', he said 'this is no [***]'. I hung up and now they are called every hour. Now when they call, there is a recording that says, 'goodbye' and hangs up. I guess he's getting the last word.

Today I have had 3 calls from this number, all unidentified caller. I never answer these calls but they are very annoying when you are busy and when you are expecting important phone calls. How do we block them?
