as above posts, the caller states about Microsoft windows alerts being sent that we have ignored several messages, I played along and asked for a number I could call him back on as my son the computer tech will be home soon and fix whatever is the problem. he gave me some bogus number I'm sure 91-000-and some other digits, I asked where would I be calling and he told me India the Microsoft headquarters control center. Yeah right. He told me my certification was expiring in 5 hours and this is so urgent, I needed to fix right away. I asked how much money would he charge me to renew , he stated $149 for a new guaranteed certification. Don't sit at your computer and do what he asks, he will steal everything you have. He has so much time on his hands to call several times a day every day?!!!! Don't fall for this scam, I wish we could block his number

Have received repeated calls from this number for long time..i just don't pick up but it is annoying when ur asleep or trying to rest..

This person claimed to be from Window Technical support and saw I had downloaded virus off the internet. First MS doesn't call out and they aren't monitoring you on the internet. THIS IS A SCAM!! they are trying to install software to monitor your passwords and account information. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION!! Call the police to report immediately.

This darn # has been calling me ALL DAY LONG! I just had oral survey and I'm trying to rest and the phone keeps ringing and ringing. I mean they must've tried calling at least 16 times since I've been home and another strange number is calling me as well 314-666-8485 & my ID says V51313493200021, what is wrong with these people?! I got a call about 2 years ago from some guy saying that my computer wad in danger and was going to crash... how would you know u unless u hacked into it??? Do NOT ENTER ANY INFO THAT ANYONE GIVES YOU ON THE PHONE INTO YOUR COMPUTER! I also am unable to block these "V" numbers..... This is harassment as well as whatever else they're illegally trying to do to us. How do we stop this?!

called 5 times yesterday within 4 hours, they leave no message though answering machine picks up, they are silent. I picked up once....silence as well. it gives 2 seperate V# s on caller id and sometime says name unavailable. in addition I got a unknown private number with no message call #6 if this the same person. In addition a very strange number with no area code 167-6390. this would be 7 calls if it is the same person. this is clearly harrassment. going to report it, however that does not stop them...they make it untraceable to who it is......I hope they get caught!

I have received a handful from this number. They claim to be Microsoft and that they received an alert message that my Microsoft program is in need of rebooting. Ummmm NOOOOO! I am just about fed up and the last guy that called 5 minutes ago I threatened to rip his ear off... Not very Christian of me and not of my normal character AT ALL, but I am sooo sick of them calling and I have repeatedly demanded they take me off their phone list.
