Same deal. The recording said that my interest rates were too high. I pressed 1, and asked the woman which interest rates. She said on my Visa or Master card. I asked which one? Then she hung up. I tried calling the number, but it is "not i service". I did a little research and found out that its possible to only have outgoing service AND, get this...it's possible to display ANY number on the caller id. In other words, the phone number has nothing to do with anything. They are probably not even calling from Florida even though its a Florida number.

I've gotten calls from 954-424-9037 today, 772-664-4005 on april 30th. and 954-733-7981 march 7th. all from Heather for credit card rate reduction. Plus I've received several calls without (Unknown) caller ID info. I've filed a formal complaint with the FCC and they replyed with a letter saying the matter is currently under review. Since these calls keep changing numbers in caller ID I don't expect FCC to be of any help but one can hope I guess. Complaint to local phone company may have better luck but to late today.

Received call from this number at 6:37 p.m. on Friday on my cell phone. I did not answer and caller did not leave a message. I am also on the do not call list, DO NOT have any credit cards or loans, nor do I give companies like this my cell phone number, so why are they calling me?

They called and couldn't leave a message? My number is unlisted and I'm on the states do not call list, so I'm blaming this call on my phone service and the state. Call made at 2:20pm 05/09/08

If you have conversed in detail with the representatives of any of these companies about their services or, more importantly, gone so far as to receive written materials in the mail that contain identifying information such as names of company reps and return mailing addresses, or have ever been charged service fees on your credit card by any of them, please email the details to the aforementioned address. On web sites like this one where people have been complaining about receiving these "Heather" calls, there are posts from people who have had such contact with some of these companies. I been getting calls from this company 3 times a day. About the phone numbers they have once they got your number, its almost dam impossbile to make them stop! They also called my 12 year old daughter's cell phone, they wanted to know about credit rates, duh she is 12~, I hate these people-
