Repeat phone calls on my cell phone. No answer, no MSG.

Folks this is a company that works for the publishers of all of those free trade journals you get. The publishers are required by the advertisers to verify the eligibility of those on the subscriber list to ensure that the ads they pay for are really being sent to their target audience. Every publication, including newspapers, has an audit process so that advertisers get their money's worth.I f you don't want the publication, just say so. If you do want it, they need to ask about your title, purchasing or recommending authority and your company's use of various services or components in your line of business.

Got this call for the 10th time this week, picked it up this time and got a women whos accent I could not understand. Asked for me, but pronounced my name wrong. Then I remember on some magazine subscriptions I purposly put wrong last name spelling so I can tell who is selling my information. When I asked to them to identify themselves and where they are calling from they just kept asking if I was such and such person (using the wrong last name).I informed them that I recognized the number was from Florida but expecting it was going through a routing service to off shore (maybe India) by the accent. The person seemed suprised, stuttered and then hung up. The name they used is one I put on a trade magazine "free subscription" once, so I expect my name and number was sold. Could be simple scam or someone overseas using call banks in Florida to track actual valid numbers for resell.Next time they call (if they do), Im going to ask if they are willing to 1. be tape recorded, 2. willing to hold while I call the phone company to trace their call (which cant happen but it will be fun to see the reaction).Good luck everyone, hopefully they will get shutdown soon.

Have gotten calls a few times, like everyone else complaining, with dead air. They called me at 6:32 this morning again.

The caller is an investment group trying to sell you stocks,bonds,etc and they are very aggressive when you say "no".

I've received 8 calls since Nov. 3, 2010...... it's continuing and irritating.

I keep getting calls from this number, how do I stop them?

my teenage daughter get a call from this # 3x a week when i call back a music plays for at least 7 minutes will put a block on

They are skip tracing trying to verify if It is a valid number for you....usually for collections
