Same experience as the above responders. They have been calling my cell phone every 30 minutes for almost a week!
Call mulitples x a day say they are from Dish and my phone mark it as a SPAM call. I never had dish so not sure why they are calling and they never leave messages. If it's important they will leave a message is how i see it

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
