Interesting, I just got the same phone call and I live in Houston, TX. Can anyone understand the Hispanic voice? What is she saying?
971-971-208-9936Country: USALocation: Oregon (Hillsboro, Beaverton, Gresham, Portland) I answered my cell and some random person asked me if my name is Jane I said "you're looking for Jane?" and she said "No, I'm Jane are you the owner of this phone?" and then the call dropped. I was like wtf. So I called it back and it said the number you have called is unaligated.
So this is what I've found out, it seems that this phone number is one of many non existent phone numbers that some company sells to people to do whatever they want with. This can range from telemarketers and scam artists to stalkers and murderers. To keep in mind, people can track your phone call but you can't track theirs.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
