18 calls in 4 hours. I am on the Do Not Call List. Their number is blocked but they keep calling. I called them and informed them I was going to file complaint with FCC. Is this the FCC? Is this the right place. I want them Stopped!

Someone should start a class action lawsuit. I understand that people need to work, but they allow harassment.

I do not think that the at present the FCC and FTC implement the law at all. Like the IRS, these agencies are used by the government to punish the enemies and reward friends. Did you notice that spam doesn't come anymore from foreigners? All spam is homegrown lately, even from crooks that pretend that you got a gift certificate from Amazon.

These people are a waste of time. They call and ask for "owner". They do not identify themselves until you ask and then you get a name and the company name (Certified Payment Processing) when asked what it is in regards to the reply is always "payment processing" (so no more information that what has been stated in thier company name) They go on hold until they hang up. I am sick to death of these a$$clowns calling every single day.

Called every 5 minutes on Sept. 3 when blocked (blocker still rings once). Turned off blocker and answered to tell the idiot that we were a residential line and she hung up. So I filed a complaint with the BBB in Texas; Certified Payment Processing responded that they will take our number off of their list. As of today, Sept. 11, we have not received any more calls. If you are called by this organization, check the BBB site; it also lists many other names they use.
