CPP (Certified Payment Processing) tel # 972-428-5200 keeps calling my business several times a day and then hangs up. I've called the company and actually spoken with people several times who each time advise me they will put my company tel # on their do not call list, but that never happens. So, I've left a couple of voicemails with some of their executives. Every time they call me, I am now going to call them and leave them a message. What goes around comes around.
972-428-5200 ,the calls started 3 times a day by asking to speak to owner as so many do but once they figured I was screening the calls and asked for a message they hang up ,then they upped the calls to 8 or so a day now for weeks ,its hard to run a small business with their tactics ,it would be different if we had the manpower for this idiot way of doing business ,there is no way in hell I would use them because of their tactics now I breathe heavy before I hang up or just pick up and hang up on them ,next will be obscenities about them interrupting me while im doing their mother ,
This is a stupid worthless company. Called us 4 times on Wednesday (5/28/14) and 2 times this morning. On the 2nd call, we spewed a profanity that, hopefully, will burn their ears off !!!!!!!!!!!! We are paying for our business line so we decide who is going to call us. Calling us day in and day out 5 - 6 times and then hanging up has now gone from ridiculous to sublime. We don't care if they call the cops in TX or the ACLU or the Attorney General's office to complain about the profanity because their stupid right to continue to harass us stops at the tip of their stupid nose where our right not to receive their stupid harassing calls starts.
Kept calling the business. When answered, dead silence...no one was there. Called the number back, hit "0" and got a "real" person. Told them I wanted to be removed from their call list, and was transferred to a voicemail to leave the number I wanted removed. Left message. We will see if this works. If not, they will be reported.
Stupid idiot worthless company. Called back again today @ 10:11 am. Picked up and spewed profanity. Then waited 10 mins and called their stupid # and pressed 2 for sales person. Took them a long time to answer and finally when the idiot answered ... how can I help you - spewed profanity again. Sure would like to get the owner's name and # so we can call him/her relentlessly and see how he/she likes it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Apparently profanity didn't work for this worthless company so followed somebody's suggestion - picked up the phone and press 0 both times the morons called this morning: 11:26 am and 11:37 am. Also called their line from a pre-paid phone, pressed 2 for sales rep who took his own sweet time answering the phone. When he answered: how can I help you. I responded back: how can I help you since you dumb@sses have been calling us repeatedly and then hung up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ladies and Gentlemen: This stupid worthless company thinks they have the right to call us repeatedly and harass us but sure don't like it when the tables are turned !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Apparently when we picked up the phone last week and pressed "0", it hit a nerve to these morons. This morning I was running late so did not pick up the phone when the morons called @ 9:23 am. So they hit the "0" when our greeting started - heard the loud beep on the machine !!!!! So all of you start doing this each and every time these morons call: pick up your phone but don't say anything and press "0" so their phone will blast a big .............. beep in their stupid ears !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stupid people never learn because they are stupid and this stupid company has proven itself to be a stupid, worthless company.
This company has a lot of nerve. After the 1st call of the day @ 9:23 am, they have called back @ 10:53 am, 10:56 am, 11:00 am and 11:13 am. Each time they called, we picked up the phone and pressed "0". We don't give a damn if their ear drums are going to burst. We are paying for this line so we get to decide who is going to call us. Another dimwit scammer called us as "private number" and we did the same to that jack@ss. He/they had the nerve to call right back so we did the same. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. Scammers take note:- we are not going to take your harassment quietly because we will continue to harass you - see how you like it when the shoe is on the other foot. Let them call the ACLU, their local sheriff's office or even file a case to tell the Judge they want the right to make harassing phone calls to us and don't like it when we press "0" and a loud beep is destroying their ear drums !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Certified Payment Processing calls our office incessantly. They use to call and we'd answer the phone and no one was there. Before that we told them we weren't interested in their offer. Then to keep from getting the on one on the other end phone calls we blocked the call on our phone system. Unfortunately it rings once and then is blocked. Yesterday we had 16 instances of call. Today we've had 8 so far. You cannot get through their phone tree to talk to a real person. It won't stop
