guy still chewing his lunch when I answered the phone said I overpaid the last merchant billing and if I would get the information for him off my statement he would credit me back...told him I wasn't comfortable with his approach and he could keep my credit.
Received a call from Gloria saying I was charged a corporate rate on my credit card processing company. She wanted me to fax ASAP my statements from the last two months. She also asked for my cell phone number. Gloria said she would credit my account for the overpayment.

I got a call from Lisa from Merchant Services. Told me I overpaid on credit card charges. I happen to own my business and am on a flat fee payment system. When I tried to tactfully tell her she was incorrect and I don't do business with her company, she became aggressive and insulting. She told me I needed to be more informed. That was the rudest scam call I have received in years. I got the number and am going to try to put in a formal complaint.... if I can find the company and an email.
Received call said they needed to update our software in credit card machine and coworker did as asked now our machine is locked up and had to buy a new one.
Lisa said she work for a company that was to get me money back from overcharges on my credit card processors. It was a scam - she wanted me to send her copies of my invoice from my merchant services organization. I did a reverse lookup on the number she called me from. Lisa is her name. She is good a trying to get you to send her the information. I never give out this type of information unless I am the person calling the vendor.
Amanda called and told me I had made a few overpayments the past two months and I needed to fax copies of the invoices to them. I just agreed, Googled the number, saw it's a scam and am writing this report! Red flag when they need copies of the information that they should already have in front of them.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
