Who owns this number,

I have been trying to get these charges identified, and reversed. Called AT&T and get stuck in an endless loop of automated operators and no results. Beginning to think these fraudulent charges are part of thier revenue stream. Can't get them stopped and cannot talk to anyone to get them resolved...

My mom has been being ripped off by these people (Att Payment XXXXX.... Myw9x , Web ID: 9864031005) intermittently for over a year; the bank AND AT&T just stonewall her and won't help- makes me think they're in on it. You ever find out anything more about it?

I just realized that my account has been getting charge by ATT Payment PPD ID: 9864031004 how where you able to stop it?

I have recently discovered charges by 9864031004 on my acct. THey are not AT&T. They have charged me each month going back at least to Jan 2012. Get your banks to help you reverse charges.

Just noticed 5 charges in amount of $20.10 that reads "ATT ACH: PAYMENT COMPANY ID: 9864031004 SEC:PPD" on my bank statement. My bank was only able to reverse the charges that occurred within the last 60 days. I called AT&T and they were able to do a system wide search using my routing number and account number to see if any transactions have been used with them and it came back with nothing...wondering how these [***] got my information.

were u able to find out what that was? I've just found the same transactions on my account, always assumed it was my att bill. Until i realized today that AT&T was actually debited from another account. These charges link back to citi bank, but I don't have an account there.

NEED SOME HELP!Was looking at my online banking on the internet and noticed a charge to checking account dated 3/13/2014CO: ATT Entry Class Code PPDACH trace #031100208900895 ATT TYPE ID 9864031004.I have tried calling 1-986-403-1004 says I have a wrong number and to check number. Have looked at other inquires about this and nobody gets any answers as what type of service this is and how to delete and have them refund on account.
