I have been charged an additional $30 a month for 12 months now. I assumed it was part of my ATT bill but it is NOT.The charges appear in my account and say:ATT Payment PPD ID: 9064031004 $30I'm so pissed. Some one is making millions off of scamming people.I'm going to the bank to cancel my card.

I just noticed these charges on my bank account too. Att Payment PPD ID: 9864031004. I have found seven so far for the amount of $52.00!! These are all in 2015. I too assumed it was an ATT payment but I was wrong. I called the number and it has been disconnected. :/ I'll be going to the bank today.

Glad you posted & shared this with us. It highlights why everyone needs to read their bank statement & credit card statements, line by line, every month. Always watch out for those small charges of a few dollars. Crooks put those in hoping people will skim over those.

It's ADT. If you have ever signed up with ADT or their authorized dealers...thats how they got your info

We are charged with this too... I'm talking with AT&T at this moment adn getting nowhere. We DO have a couple of ADT accounts... Is this related? Should I be speaking with ADT?

This is an electronic payment code... NOT a phone number. If there are other EPAY on your statement, it will have the same code. It CAN be referenced back (through the billing department of AT&T) to determine who was electronically debiting your account for AT&T by using your bank account routing and account #. The bank should be able to do the same. I resolved my issue.
