Call from 987-654-3210... They ask for the person in charge of the AT&T account "regarding a rate change." I immediately say "please take us off the call list." They hang up as quickly as possible before i can say they are being reported.

Caller ID said "name unavailable" that just urges me to pick-up --- SO I did and the man on the other end asked if I was the homeowner --- So I quickly stated this is not a home it is a business ---- he hung up immediately but quietly ! When I tried to call the number back it would not dial the area code I put in BUT rather the area code of my location.SO when I dialed 1-987-654-3210 it would register as 520-987-6543 INTERESTING HUH ??? He sounded foreign like India. SO I blocked the number.

We keep getting calls from the number with no answer when picked up. For past few months they call 3,4 times /week. Being a caregiver, they always seem to call at the worst times. pathetic prank , the guy has no life.

Claimed to be Christina from Century Link / Telplex -- hawking a billing scam, trying to get me to give up my business info.

Got a call asking to speak with the person who handles the Comcast account. I said "I can help you", she asks are you the owner? I said "no but I can help you" She says "No, I need to speak with the one who handles the decisions which is the owner. Well excuse me!! They're now blocked. See if you can handle that!!

MANY calls, not stopping, for several days...Telling me they are getting a message about computer. I will need to let them fix the problem. No way will I allow any one who calls access to my computer.

Depends where you're looking for this number. I looked it up and I got the city of Randolph, Massachusetts. Definitely telemarketers. No one else calls every two hours for nothing and doesn't leave a voicemail?

They are scammers!! 987 is an invalid AC!!!Just go to your telephone company web site and BLOCK the offending number, so it will not be able to come thru.But that's nothing permanent, because those Caller ID spoofers use a number for one day or so, then start to use some other number. The numbers they use are abandoned numbers, not yet reassigned by the telephone companies.From Wikipedia:Caller ID spoofing is the practice of causing the telephone network to display a number on the recipient's Caller ID display which is not that of the actual originating station.
