Called toady, (02/03/2016), wanted to speak to the person in charge of AT&T account, regarding rate change next month. When I said, that person is not in the office, he hung up. I get calls like this all the time from different numbers. But they are not with AT&T, they are trying to get you to switch. They never give a call back number, they just say we will try again later.
Got a call a few minutes ago from this number. Came up on caller ID as Name unavailable so once the female caller said she wanted to speak to the person who handles our Comcast phone account, I sighed and said, what you do you want. Her response was Wow, rude, sighing and everything....that's fine, we'll just cut your service off and I hung up. Probably a good thing I hung up on her or she would have gotten more than a sigh!
