I spoke to them, they CLAIM, they have taken over Century Link, and offer special customers 30-40 percent discount, with customers that have fewer then 4 lines, when she asked me how may lines I said one, and she hung up

Blocked caller makes another failed attempt.

telling me that they are calling for a long distance rate increase...isn't it funny that they would have a phone number 9876543210 really???

They call. I pick up. Nobody there. CONTINUALLY. Probably 20x in the past two weeks.I try to call back to get them to stop- # won't go through. This is ABUSIVE as I often have a portable phoneat work and must answer calls TO TAKE CARE OF MY CUSTOMERS. We need to block abusive, harassing solicitors and these people fit that description.

Someone else answered it before I said not to. I got hooked into taking the call since it was for the person who handles the AT&T account. (I still can't understand why someone thinks that the first person to answer the phone has any decision-making capabilities) Anyway, they were calling because of rate decreases with AT&T, even after I stated that we were with Charter. She sounded surprised that we were with Charter, and said, "Oh, well. That doesn't matter since Charter is part of AT&T." She then asked how many phone lines and fax machines we have. She got mad when I told her that since she called my number she should have that on file and told her that we were not switching from Charter. She started yelling at me, "You're with AT&T. Charter doesn't even have phone service!" That's when I hung up. I would have dragged it on further, but I had something I needed to finish.

Someone named Edwin claiming to be from the Yellow Pages repeatedly calls from this number and is extremely rude and vulgar. How can I report this person for harassment?

Some crap about a rate change and being from ATT. They are NOT ATT!!!

Daily attempts now and the number is blocked.

Called today told me that AT&T was recently deregulated and they could lower my business phone payment. Felt like a scam.
