They asked for whoever was in charge of the Century Link account. When I said I was, they said when we get the bill next month it will be lower, blah, blah. I told them I wasn't interested and hung up. This is probably the 2nd or 3rd time in a week. Scammers. I think they get you to say ok and they switch you to some other company.

They try to trick you into saying "YES" at some point during the conversation, record it and say you approved the switch to a different phone company. DO NOT SAY "YES" at any time during the conversation. They are SCAMMERS !!!

Well, they have called at least 6 times since Nov 9th. Always dead air and a hang up... I'm to the point where I don't even answer the phone with my company name, just say "hello", trying to get someone to answer me so I can yell at them to remove our number.

These people are so rude. If you just let it ring, it will hang up automatically after three rings. Today I picked it up to ask them to remove me from their list. She said Century Link contracts with us. We are calling about a rate change next month. I said “Really??” I just talked to Century Link about my bill (true) so please don’t call me again.

It's pointless to ask not to be called here because this site has nothing to do with the people who called you and it is HIGHLY unlikely those that called will see your request. I would invest in a call blocker

Caller is trying sell lower phone bill rates. Have asked to be removed multiple times. Very rude and hangs up every time I request to be removed.

Same thing been calling over and over don’t know who I don’t ever answer those calls if you wanna talk to me you will leave a message this caller never has so don’t know guess for now we’re all in the same boat please tell me if anyone finds out what is going on thanks

If you have a smart phone call blocking is easy just bring up recent call you don’t want and tap it as if you were going to add to your contacts and should be right there block this number other than that good luck on ever getting them to stop calling

I get daily calls around the same time.
