Keep calling and saying that I am late on a payment and when I say that I show that the payment was made on May 19th, they tell me that they are a collections agency. When I said that I want a statement for my account showing the last six months, they make threats and call back in 15 minutes.
Received an e-mail from this person stating that a confirmation was available for an order I placed and PayPal cancelled stating that this is a scam and not to proceed in any manner as this was not a legitimate business. The number in the invoice is this and I looked it up in Yahoo and came up top this site. 9/19/2011, 9:05 a.m Pacific time. Just got a call from this number, let it go to answer and got no message. Now on the block list based on all the reports above.
Got a call this morning from 987 654-3210. I never answer my phone if I am not familiar with the number. I prefer a message to be left and then I will determine if I return the call. I am glad people post the area code and number so I can get them blocked off my phone.
i receive calls 4 times a day everyday at approximately 8:30am, 10:30am and again after lunch around 2:30pm and 3:30pm. i suspect it is a debt collector as i have outstanding bills. i suppose this number (1-987-654-3210) is available for companies/persons to use to block true phone id. i also receive calls from "unknown" and 234-567-8900 and 1-000-0000. again, i assume these are debt collectors. i've answered a couple times and there's that silent delay prior to connecting (with automated recording or otherwise) so i just hang up before the call is connected. occassionally, i receive a partial voicemail message from an automated recorded that asks "if this is -- my name -- press one."

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
