They say they are from CenturyLink / AT&T and going to lower my rates, hmmmmm. Calls 2-3 times a day, I think they just want to get me because I called them scammers and thieves. They ask for person in charge and I politely say "just a moment" and set the phone down and walk off, heeheehee. I get a moment of quiet time. Runs their bill up at least a little

I have been getting calls from these people for a few months now. They call daily asking to speak to "The person that handles the century link account". Most days that person isnt here so they say they will call back later. If I ask for a name and number they say "thats fine, Ill try back later" and hang up. I called century link and they said no one is trying to get a hold of us from them.The one time I told them I was in charge of the century link account they said they had to ask 3 questions to verify the account so our service does not get cut off. Its strange that they would say that after so many months of uninterupted service... regardless I told him I wouldnt answer any questions and thats when the guy got pushing saying he could lose his job and to "help a brother from another mother" (I should note, the guy sounded indian). I told him that he was being rather pushy about us losing service, he replied about just wanting to help us and not wanting to lose his job. After some back and forth I told him Ill tell the boss to give them a call but go ahead and disconnect us in the mean time if he needs to, but that i wont answer his questions because it sounds like a scam. I hung up on him and they are still calling.

Its was a WOW scam. Do not talk to them.

received 6 calls yesterday from 987-654-3210, so far today received 3 calls, no one said anything & didn't leave a message when it went to the answer machine.

I receive the same call at least once a week. If I have nothing better to do I play them and tell them ok what do I need to do....They tell you to press the window icon on the lower left of your keyboard and once you have the Run box up to type in "eventvwr" then click on custom views and then Administrative Events. "See all these errors and warnings we are seeing???" Now you need to go back to the Run box and type in www.ammyy.com.Play them for as long as you like with this but NEVER give them remove access to your commputer. Tell them the site is giving you an option to run.Then tell them the site is asking to "unblock"....FOR HEAVEN SAKE DON'T DO ANY OF THIS - it is a scam.... BUT if you have time and are bored out of your gourd ----- play along and let them think the problem is on their end, why you can see everything perfectly from your end..... They will ask for an ID - Tell them you need an ID from them......

They keep calling here I looked number up and it says from Las Vegas Nv I keep telling the. To stop calling they won't

first got a call from 760-475-2661...didn't answer it. then 15 seconds later got a call from 987-654-3210. didn't answer either one. it's a constant bombardment from these numbers. trying to run a business and have to play phone games all day.

Just got a call from this number. If it's a number I don't recognize, I pick up the phone on the second ring (before the answering machine kicks in) and cover the microphone and just listen and don't say a word. The voice on the other end was saying "mrs.D *******"? Mrs. D*******? I didn't say anything and they hung up. Normally when I handle calls in this manner, they think it's going to a dead end and I don't get a recall. I'll be watching for it though.
