i got a phone call from this number today.didn't answer, tried calling back and it says the number is not in use.i've never been to a party city, so i don't know who called..
I got a call from this number earlier today. I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message. I have never been to Party City, but just gave my phone number to U-Haul last weekend. I am also on the do-not-call list.
I have recieved two calls in the past from this number. When I answered the call the first time, I could not recognize the language on the other end and I immediately hung up. A few months later the call came in again and I did not answer the call.
I received a call on my cell phone from 989-905-6363 a few moments ago, Spanish speaking woman. Don't speak Spanish so I have no clue what the deal is. Did recognize "numero uno".Probably didn't spell it correctly, heck I don't speak Spanish. I too am on do not call registry
Please, block this phone from service - they are harassing people in every state. Spanish automated message for Americans - the worst thing you are expecting when answering phone. These “marketers” should pay our phone bills when spending our minutes. Guys, block them forever!
I have had no dealings with Party City, so they don't have my cell phone number to be able to give it out, yet I got a call from this number today. I answered and said hello a couple of times and no one replied, but I heard background noise. Once I realized after the second hello that they weren't going to reply, I ended the call - I'm not going to waist my time listening to someone else's breath on the phone. Buh-bye!

I received a phone call yesterday from this number. By the time I picked up the call, they hung up. About 3 people in the whole world have my cell number so what is up with this. I have never gone into a Party City, nor do I want to now. Is this a scan, some automatic dialing -- my number is on a 'do not call list'.What's up

When you answer the phone they hang up. They are trying to see if the number is actually associated with a person or not. Most likely they will clone the number.
