Got this same call. I am also in the Chicago Suburbs near Downers Grove. WTF!? How are you supposed to stop this from happening? Do we call T-Mobile? What if we get charged for this?
Just received a call early afternoon from this number - no idea who, how they got my number or why they are calling - i did not answer the call since i did not recognize it.
I have been getting the same 2 numbers as most people, - 989-905-6363 and 304-981-2335, but i have had this phone for awhile now. why is this happening? and how do i stop it?
I got a call from this number and I answered it and it was like a cha ching and sounded like a cash register and the reallly fast Spanish and then ended. And about a weekago I mssed the call and got a voicemail and it was the spanish lady. And I called back and its disconnected. The ladies recording is so fast.
Just received a phone call from this number too. Spanish speaking lady spoke for 10 seconds and then hung up one me, sounded like a recording!
Same story as many people. Got a call on my cell which is on the Do Not Call list, automated female voice started speaking Spanish so I hung up. I've never given my number to Party City so I don't think that is the only place they are culling these numbers. Really irritating as I pay per call. >:/

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
