Just called TelNet Worldwide. They are the phone provider for that number in Michigan. I believe this number is not supposed to be in service at all and is being hacked into. They said that they were elevating to their engineering department to help solve the issue. That number is 800-508-1254 if you would like to report this issue with them. They were nice, helpful and seemed to want to correct this ASAP.
Got a call on my blackberry from 1-989-905-6363. I answered and some woman jabbering away in "hispanic". I've heard about these calls so I told her F--- You and hung up. I'm on the no call registery and I'm in South Carolina.
Didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer and looked here. They are rather busy this afternoon. I blocked them on my phone.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
