Called saying that my boyfriend got a loan from a credit union in Michigan Illinois which doesn’t even exist and said that he owed over $5,000 and that he missed his court date and was being served

Family members have received this call with a case number but when called back got busy signal.

Called back with a private phone number and got sent straight to a voicemail for a Justin Something or other. Kept calling and calling back until the "business" answered and a man with an accent answered lmao

The first time they called, I did not answer, because I'd never heard of them. They didn't leave a message. They have now called 6 or 8 times and they never leave a message. I was assuming a robocall?
