I missed this call, and then my son got a call from this number for me. I called it back, and the recording said this number is not receiving calls at this time. Is this a scam call.

Claims to be Officer Ryan Smith from Social Security Office and needs me to contact them before they start legal proceedings on judgment regarding SS eligibility. I'm not buying that one, and want to warn others not to return the call either. Scam suspicion

Called me when I was driving so by the time I answered they hung up.
