Calling the number gets a message that the number is unallocated but I see it is in McPherson, Kansas

They're using this number to look like they live in the area of Las Vegas, and this is nothing more than another SCAM to rip you off.
Also said I was due a refund a refund from Microsoft. I had been scammed a couple of months ago by a company that said it was affiliated with Microsoft.
