I tried to call the number back, but I received a recording say the number was not in service.

There is no response on the other side of the line.

They accepted no responsibility for making the call.

I cannot even remember how many complaints I have filed about these crooks in the past.

This number called my cell phone 2x in less than 1 minute. Missed both and no voice mails left. The 876 area code is from the island of Jamaica in the Caribbean. I don't know anyone there and this is likely a scam. Don't answer calls from area 876...

Somebody is calling me today at exactly 6:30 A.M. today; 8:20 A.M. yesterday; 6:50 P.M. three days ago; and they never leave a message.

Fed Ex tracking code GB-6412-GH83 --- this is a scam! Fed Ex doesn't have tracking numbers like this.

It's a Medicare scam in Spanish. The person calling doesn't even know what number was called but they know your name and DOB. Tell them your name is "Estafador Fulano" and give them the Medicare Sample ID card # from the internet.
