Decent certainty it's a scammer number associated with tricking job hunters using the indeed site (not indeed's fault in any way)

Have asked Empire Marketing, and specifically Don Mortiz, to cease all communications to my office line.

Debt Collection Spammer--do not respond to them. If they continue to harass you file a complaint with your state's AG office and local PD. These people are scumbags, and deserve to rot in jail.
