When I answered the phone I said hello, I could hear commotion in the background but no response. Upon saying hello the second time the guy with a thick accent started mocking me saying “hello” repeatedly

However, FAXes from this company have come in on my number for a long time and each time I ask for removal.

Left a message that I had recently applied for a payday loan.
Called at 8 a.m. a woman asked for me by my formal first name and then hung up without a message. I never pick up the phone unless I know the number. I use the answering machine for everyone else.

THEY HAVE CALLED IN THE PAST 2 OR 3 TIMES AND NOW THEY CALLED 11-25-13 AT 9:25AM AND ON 11-26-13 AT 9:46AM.

I had the same call he told me to hold for the billing department after he asked for a donation for the wounded veterans. I said okay and hung up.
Caller calls from this number several times a day Sometimes a voicemail with silence.
