I have blocked numbers before claiming the same thing. They always call from a different number. Claiming to be US Savings Center. The person I talked to is Chris. It is to get me good rates for vehicle insurance.

In the last 3 days I am getting about 10-12 of these calls per day all using different numbers.

Recorded message stated that the call was a 2nd notice about an offer to reduce payments because of the "financial stimulus".

They said My SIN number was involved in fraud allegations and they asked my Sin number to verify I gave my number and I thought it was service Canada And I reported this to the police department please don’t give your SIn number

Yes, I also Received this message in my voice mail almost every day saying the same thing "he say this number and follows with "before we begin with legal proceedings". Why is not taken care this issue after so many complaints that is a scam number?

There are several citations regarding this number on Google that indicate it a persons/company asking if the phone answerer wishes to sell their home.

Consistent calls every day except for weekends and they never leave a message. Have called as early as 8:30 AM and as late as 6:30 PM.

I have had them before it is a scam to tell you your visa card has been compromised and for security to give them details. I usually tell them I don't have a visa card and to find another job rather than scam people.
