This is a scammer who offers you to buy what you are selling on eBay. but wants to "talk or text" with you before you pay....

We don't know who it is to determine if it is a spam call.

They called me because I have my resume up on some job search engines and claim to be some school with questions. Obviously a scam call line.

Recording saying that you have an excellent payment history so you qualify for a 6 night stay and you can talk to a customer service representative. It never says what card they are calling in regards to.

I have called the phone number from which the calls have been made, but I never get a response from a live person.

They left an automated voicemail, "State Attorney General. Recieved warrant for your arrest. You have 30 minutes to call Attorney Sam Wilson or you will be arrested for sux months."

Got same message, got 30 minutes to call State Attorney or go to jail for 6 months.
