Sometimes they just hang up but today I spoke to someone and asked them not to call me but they just hung up on me.

Today I received an unsolicited phone from someone who claimed to work for the Windows technical team.

I have reported it in the past to the FTC by phone, to no avail.

this company keeps calling me and I have blocked their number but for some reason it keeps ringing through.

Robot call stating that there was a warrant against my ssn and to call to avoid being arrested

Got a call and it left a VM about SS Administration. Scam.

Received call claiming my social security number was being investigated by the federal law. Probably a scam

called and sounded like grandson saying he was in an accident and wanted money.

Recording telling you the company that "helped you with your computer a free years back" (never names the company) has been hacked and you are now owed $295. You are gorgeous a number to call to set up your "refund" and then the call ends.

Scam called and asked for a person who doesn't work here. Could here in the background the caller being coached.

Just a c*nt scammer who has nothing better to with his/her life. Ignore it, it's not even Service Canada's number and they will never call you like this. If anything, they'll email you or send a letter in the mail.
