My son defaulted on student loans I co-signed and I am being harassed with his collection calls

Something about Veterans. When I pressed him about calling an unpublished number, he hung up. He tried to tell me, "it doesn't matter". I beg to differ. He had asked for my first name. They usually want a donation.

This number appears to be a sales call for purchasing end of life packages. The person first asked how old I was. I told him it was not any of his business.
This number was in an email to me reporting suspicious activity on my account...don't have an account!!!
This company is very persistent with several calls each week, sometimes more than once a day.
Posts fake craigslist ads for weed and other drugs.
When I wait for a real person but will not give my credit card # they hang up every time!
They suggest that the police departments etc are not enough to handle medical emergencies.
