I looked this up because it pops up on my radio in the car. It had Sirius on it. There’s an “artist alert” and this number.

I received the same text as the other people here are reporting. He had my correct address, and I texted him back but he didn’t respond. I called the number a few hours later and heard the same voicemail message that others here have mentioned.
