3 voicemails left of machine noises left at early morning hours like 1 or 3 am.

Didn't answer. Voicemail said it was Verizon wireless and that the account had been suspended for verification, and to reactivate it, press 1. I called Verizon directly, and it is not them. Do yourself a favor and block the number.

Received a call on Wednesday notifying me that there was a legal enforcement action filed on my Social Security number for criminal activities.

I don't have an apple account. Some recording talking about security breach, unauthorized log in account attempts. Don't log into any bank or shopping accounts until you talk to your apple support or your account will not get fixed.
