Wrong number dial tone when returning call

Just received a call from this number. It was a male voice with thick accent asking for my job title claiming to work for Microsoft.

Microsoft scam. don’t call it. these are funny

Since then they have called 7/18, 7/24, 10/23, 10/24, and twice on 10/25.

IRS scam call. I called back and asked what is the name of your supervisor with a call back number and the operator made animals sounds and hung up on me.

They keep leaving recorded messages threatening that continuing to ignore messages is "intentional attempt of nonappearance" but they do not leave the facility information.

They (an older sounding woman) answered but would not give there name but they did answer. That's why I figure it's a spoofed number
